Comments about patient safety activities: Providence Hospital and Medical centers has taken an active role in Patient Safety. We have an integrated team of clinicians that select and prioritize key safety initiatives. These initiatives have included areas such as infant/child safety in the operating room. These and other safety initiatives continue to be the focus of improvement at all levels of our organization. |
